ESTANCIA SANTA ISABEL
YOUR STAY AT THE ESTATE
Founded in 1888, Estancia Santa Isabel began as an agricultural and cattle‑breeding establishment. In 2009, the estate planted Argentina’s first coastal vineyards, pioneering a new oceanic wine region. Today, in partnership with Bodega Trapiche, our winery welcomes visitors to sample wines shaped by fragrant sea breezes and fertile Pampas soil.
Beyond the vineyards, the estate is home to an active stable with more than fifty Thoroughbred racehorses, continuing a long tradition of breeding and horsemanship. Its latest venture, Jōji, is an Asian tapas concept pairing seasonal local seafood with our signature white wines.
CHAPADMALAL
A SURF TOWN SOUTH OF MAR DEL PLATA
Where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Pampas, Chapadmalal offers a rare blend of untamed coastline and open countryside. Sixty-foot cliffs overlook sandy beaches where surfers ride Atlantic swells just steps from rolling pastures, horses, and wide-open skies.
This unique rhythm defines life here. Days unfold with surfing, horseback rides, yoga by the sea, and long, open-air asados. As the sun sets, bonfires glow along the beach and music carries into the night, framed by wide horizons and lingering twilight.
Over the past decade, Chapadmalal has emerged as one of Argentina’s most sought-after coastal escapes — a place where creativity, nature, and a slower pace of life come together. Staying at Estancia Santa Isabel places you at the heart of it all, offering both privacy and effortless access to the region’s most authentic experiences.
TRAPICHE COSTA & PAMPA
ARGENTINA’S FIRST SOUTH ATLANTIC WINERY
At the heart of Estancia Santa Isabel lies Trapiche Costa & Pampa, the first oceanic winery of Argentina. Just steps from the manor, guests wander through more than 60 acres of vineyards influenced by coastal breezes, natural rainfall, and humid Pampas soil — a maritime terroir found nowhere else in the country.
This singular landscape gives rise to a distinctive portfolio of wines, from crisp Sauvignon Blanc and aromatic Gewürztraminer to refined Chardonnay aged in French oak and elegant Pinot Noir. Sparkling Extra Brut and Brut Rosé are produced using the traditional champenoise method, while newer plantings like Albariño and Pinot Grigio reflect the region’s spirit of innovation. Costa & Pampa’s Albariño has earned 95 points from British Master of Wine Tim Atkin, who calls it “the best Albariño in Argentina.”
Daily tours and tastings invite guests to experience this experimental winery firsthand — strolling the vineyards, visiting the cellar, and savoring wines that capture both the freshness of the sea and the fertility of the Pampas, all without ever leaving the estate.
JŌJI
SEASONAL SEAFOOD BY THE VINEYARDS
Created in tribute to Jorge Estrada Mora, the late proprietor of Estancia Santa Isabel, Jōji reflects his passion for food, innovation, and winemaking. The same vision that helped pioneer Argentina’s first South Atlantic winery now finds daily expression through a menu guided by the catch of the day.
Serving from a stylish food truck beside the vineyards, Jōji pairs fresh local seafood with Asian-inspired tapas — simple, vibrant dishes designed to complement the crisp whites and sparkling wines of Costa & Pampa.
Shared outdoors, just steps from the cellar, Jōji offers guests a relaxed way to enjoy the estate’s wines in their most natural setting: unhurried, open-air, and deeply connected to the land and sea that define Estancia Santa Isabel.
